Financial and Insurance

It is our mission to provide you with affordable, high-quality treatment that fits your budget! We offer a variety of payment options to meet your needs. Our office accepts payments by cash, checks, and Visa, MasterCard, and Discover credit cards. If you have any questions about financing or payment, ask us! We will thoroughly explain your choices and work hard to accommodate your needs.

Financing with approved credit

We offer low and no-interest dental financing options through CareCredit. The CareCredit system can help you cover the expense of any dental treatment. CareCredit gives you the option of "same as cash"/no-interest monthly payments for 6 to 12 months. They also offer low-interest rates for financing plans of up to 48 months, all with no down payment, no pre-payment penalties, and a credit line that covers your entire household. We also accept Wells Fargo in addition to Care Credit for patients.

Insurance

If your insurance covers dental treatment, you will receive the benefit of reduced personal costs. Insurance policies vary, so we will review your insurance to determine the appropriate course of action. Once treatment has started, we will file your claims as a courtesy to you.

We are providers for the following insurance companies:

  • Anthem Complete and FEP BCBS
  • Careington
  • Cigna- Total Cigna PPO
  • Connection Dental
  • Delta Dental Premier
  • Dominion PPO
  • Humana PPO- Commercial and Humana 1
  • MetLife PPO
  • Principal PPO
  • United Concordia PPO

If your plan falls outside of those companies, don't worry: we will call your insurance company to verify how your benefits can be used at our office.

On your first visit, or any time we are advised by you of a change in dental policies, we contact your dental insurer to obtain your new dental benefits. Our office tries very hard to be thorough. We have a standard 35-question inquiry that is completed for each insurance company in which you have coverage. Completing this questionnaire allows our staff to help you with your dental benefits more accurately. Pre-authorizations can also be done for you prior to treatment.

Please remember that dental insurance is a benefit for you and your family. If, during the course of treatment, your benefits change, the financially responsible party is accountable for all charges.
